At SR Store, we take great care in delivering your products to you and we partner only with reputed national courier services. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
Orders are delivered in 1-3 working days across India once shipped. If there is any delay we will inform within 48 hours, once we dispatch your order we will send a confirmation E-mail/ SMS/ WhatsApp with the tracking number/ Link.
Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday. If an order is placed after 2 pm, it will be shipped in the next working day.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order.
All our products are easily alterable, if you're not able to find your size, you can order one size up and get it altered by any local tailor. If you have already ordered and your deelivered product is loose, please get it altered by any local tailor instead of returning to us, this will help you to get your favorite outfits.
In Some products Smallest size we have is a medium and many Medium will fit a small too, If you want something specific in small we can get it on pre order basis with a delivery timeline of upto 2-3 weeks.
SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 48 hours if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 48 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

SR Store shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, any government related restriction, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time.

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it's sold out, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order. If an Online Payment is made, we will Refund you if the ordered products are unavailable or sold out.
PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY:
The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on the website include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties and cesses.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS WITHIN INDIA ONLY:
For cancellations of the order, please inform within 24 hours of placing the order.
Any product bought from the Khar west Mumbai store is not Returnable or Exchangeable
WhatsApp us for Returns and Exchange. Returns or Exchanges request is accepted only within 7 days of Delivery of the order. No Returns/ No Exchange for Sunglasses, Footwear, Bikini, Lingerie & Accessories.

Products to be returned in its original packaging only & NEW condition only along with original packing bags given, USED products won't be accepted.
For CoD Orders that are Returned/ Exchanged, we will issue Store Credits only in the form of Coupon Code (Gift Card), this can be redeemed in future for any purchase, Validity of the (Gift Card) Coupon Code is 12 months from the date of order. Online payments made to courier boy at the time of delivery for CoD Orders will be counted as a CoD order only & (Gift Card) Coupon Code will be issued only for Returns.
Only for Orders Paid Online on our website we will Refund to the mode of payment account.
Reverse pickup charges are Rs. 100/- per item in the order. This will be deducted while issuing Store Credits or Refund
Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
We will arrange a reverse pickup once for a return/ exchange if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up by our courier partner, if not then you will have to arrange it by your self. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to pick-up person/ courier
In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update our customer care on 022-48905455 or WhatsApp us so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
Please make sure that our address is clearly printed/ written on your returns parcel with the SR Store order # in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
