Orders are delivered in 2-5 working days across India once shipped. If there is any delay we will inform within 48 hours.
We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you via SMS with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order & if the order is paid we will refund you.
Any further delay in delivery shall be intimated.

CASH ON DELIVERY (CoD):
We do not provide CoD facility for orders above Rs. 12999/-.
Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday from 12.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday. If an order is placed after 4 pm, it will be shipped in the next working day.
SR Store shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it's sold out, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order. If an Online Payment is made, we will Refund you if the ordered products are unavailable or sold out.
PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY:
The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on the website include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties and cesses but exclude delivery charges for COD orders, which are added to the total price. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS WITHIN INDIA ONLY:
Returns or Exchanges request is accepted only within 7 days of Delivery of the order. No Returns/ No Exchange for Sunglasses, Footwear, Bikini, Lingerie & Accessories. No Returns/ No Exchange for items bought from the Santacruz Store. We do a complete Quality Check before dispatching any order.
Please note: -
NO Exchange/ NO Returns for Medical/ Essential Products. Warranty to be claimed at Brand Service Centre.

Reverse pickup charges are Rs. 60/- per order. This will be deducted while issuing Store Credits or Refund
Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange if the area is serviceable for a reverse pick up. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update our customer care on 022-48905455 or email us the tracking info on email@example.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/ written on your returns parcel with the SR Store order # in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
