At SR Store (NAVKAR VENTURES LLP), we know how much you're looking forward to your purchase, which is why we make sure it reaches you as fast and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
* Orders placed before 12:00 pm are shipped the same day.
* We do not ship orders on Sundays and National Holidays as courier services are not operational.

2. Delivery Timelines
* Orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours across India once shipped.

3. Shipping Charges & Discounts
* We offer Free CoD & Express shipping on all orders.
* Customers get an additional 20% discount for all Prepaid Orders.

4. Tracking & Missing Packages
* You will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
* Important: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery. Courier partners generally accept delivery-related complaints only within 72 hours of a shipment being marked delivered, so we may not be able to process claims reported after this time.
