Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At SR Store (NAVKAR VENTURES LLP), customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If something doesn't fit right or isn't what you expected, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy & Charges
* If you wish to cancel your order, or if you request a return, please note that Return/Cancellation charges are ₹200 per article from the order.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
* Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for all items.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
* Items must be returned with the original invoice/order ID.

3. Non-Returnable Products
* We strictly do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, wash, damage, or alterations.

4. Exchange Policy
* Exchanges for the same product in any other variant is free of charge only once, based strictly on stock availability. Approved Exchange/ Replacement product will be shipped & delivered within 3-8 working days. Kindly call us for exchange

5. Return Process
* You must raise a Request for Return/Exchange through our website.
* We will initiate a reverse pickup or guide you on how to self-ship.
* Important: Please collect the return courier receipt or any kind of proof while giving the return order to the courier. You can track your returns with the link sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

6. Refund Process & Timelines
Once the item is received by us and passes our quality checks, refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:
* Prepaid Orders: Payments made on the website will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 working days.
* COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: COD orders will be refunded via Store Credit (Gift Card) only. This Store Credit will have a validity of 12 months and will be issued within 3 working days.
