Great product but bad customer service.

I loved the product. It is too good but I had fitting issues. It was loose for me so I opted for exchange but there was no response from the team. So I will have to go for alterations on my own. Anyway quality was good.

Prepaid orders paid on the website will be refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders will be refunded via Store Credit (Gift Card) with a validity of 12 months.
